DESCRIPTION:This series of four workshop á 3 hours each will take you on a fun journey to activate your own DAO.\nThe reason why we offer one session per week is so that you can create the necessary content and check in with your team or members of your organisation inbetween. Ideally you are able to activate your own DAO after this journey.\nAs DAO Universe is using the Hypha DAO tool we will specifically journey along the activation requirements for Hypha. During the four weeks you will receive a complete guide to launching your Hypha DAO.\nThe four sessions:\nThursday 4th of April 1-4pm – Topics: Genesis, Purpose & Vision\nFriday 12th April 1-4pm – Topics: Structure, Membership, Governance, Strategy\nThursday 18th April 3-6pm – Topics: Resources, Compensation, Value Flow\nThursday 25th April 1-4pm – Topic: Info Flow, Communication, Innovation, Maturation\n \n \nFacilitator: Daniela Quilitzsch\nDaniela has been a member in Hypha since 2019 and is a founding member of SEEDS.
