DAO Architecture Lab

This is where vision becomes structure — and inspiration becomes action.

In this hands-on session, Dannie and other members from SEEDS, Hypha and Club DAO will guide us through the practical process of building and scaling your DAO. You’ll move from conceptual understanding into tangible design, working in focused breakout groups organized by project type or ecosystem role.

Together, we’ll map the structure and governance of your organization — defining the key circles or spaces, clarifying membership models, and designing decision-making and voting processes that align with your purpose and values.

This is an experiential workshop where collaboration and co-creation take center stage. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the fundamentals of DAO architecture, using templates and real tools to bring your organization online in decentralized form.

By the end of the session, your team will have:

• A clear organizational map and circle structure.

• Defined roles, responsibilities, and membership pathways.

• Draft shared agreements that express your culture and principles.

• Experience using DAO tools for governance and collaboration.
