With direct support from the SEEDS, Hypha, and Club DAO teams, you will design and implement the core building blocks of your DAO — in real time, inside your actual workspace.

Think of this as your DAO construction site.

1️⃣ Circles & Sub-Circles

Map out the living heartbeat of your organization:

• Mission Circle

• Operations Circle

• Community Circle

• Finance / Treasury

• Product / Vision

• Eldership / Culture Stewardship
  …or whatever is true for your DAO.

You’ll define:

• purpose

• responsibilities

• authority

• communication flows

These become your DAO’s org chart for the New Earth.

2️⃣ Roles & Membership Pathways

Identify the roles your DAO needs based on:

• skills

• archetypes

• seasonal work

• quests

• governance responsibilities

You’ll set up:

• role descriptions

• contribution guidelines

• pathways for new members to onboard and find their place

This ensures anyone joining your DAO can immediately understand where they fit and how to contribute meaningfully.

3️⃣ Quest & Reward Systems

Using what you learned in the previous session, you will:

• set up quest templates

• define contribution types

• connect rewards to value streams

• create badges, XP, or seasonal recognition (optional)

• structure how people get compensated

This turns your DAO into an ecosystem of clear opportunities for participation.

4️⃣ Onboarding Architecture

Design a simple and elegant onboarding flow:

• Welcome Path

• How-to-Join Steps

• Contribution Menu

• Clear “Start Here” instructions

• Links to DAO tools and circles
