Rather than managing collaboration from the top down, we create the conditions for Islands of Coherence to emerge — clusters of people and projects aligned in vision, rhythm, and commitment.

• ​Seed action: outline commitments, sketch prototypes, and develop a plan to move toward shared implementation.

• ​Leave with a clear roadmap and a support network that will accompany your initiative beyond the Gathering.
