For lovers, dreamers, creators, parents, and anyone who wants to birth life and projects from pleasure instead of fear.
This class intentionally follows the morning session at Maltiox, Casa Tortuga Natural Birthing Project: Sovereign Birth, Midwifery & Community-Supported Motherhood and is intentionally scheduled to flow into the Vocal Tantra session afterward (deepening a pleasurable relationship between embodiment, voice, and vision).
About the Workshop
Demystifying Orgasmic Birth is an interactive and educational workshop exploring the origins of birth trauma, the pathway to ecstatic birthing, and how the principles of conscious conception — whether you are birthing a child, a project, or a version of yourself.
We explore birth as a human rights movement—reclaiming it as a natural, powerful rite of passage rather than a medicalized event. You will learn how trauma patterns arise around birth, how they imprint the nervous system impacting us throughout life, and how they can be neutralized and transformed to reclaim birth and creation as a pleasure-centered, empowered, body-led experience.

• creators birthing projects, visions, and ventures
The principles of ecstatic birthing apply to everything you bring into the world.
What We’ll Learn
We will cover:

A history of birthing practices:
midwifery → colonization → monetization → medicalization -
How birth became a systemically disempowered field and how to recover it.

How trauma patterns originate from birth experiences and play out in every day life into adulthood.

How to neutralize birth trauma held in the nervous system

The principles of ecstatic birthing

Preparing your body, mind, and environment for new life
- Conscious conception: connecting to the spirit of a future child or project.

Approaching major life transitions with pleasure, clarity, and choice
This is both educational and experiential.
Guided Practice
This session includes:
• a guided meditation to connect with the spirit of your future child, project, or creation
• movement practices to circulate life force energy through the body
• practices to awaken voice, breath, and sensual power
• tools for pleasure-led decision making
Practices are gentle and suitable for all bodies.
