AYE DAO – Activate Your Own DAO – Session 1/4

This series of four workshop á 3 hours each will take you on a fun journey to activate your own DAO.

The reason why we offer one session per week is so that you can create the necessary content and check in with your team or members of your organisation inbetween. Ideally you are able to activate your own DAO after this journey.

As DAO Universe is using the Hypha DAO tool we will specifically journey along the activation requirements for Hypha. During the four weeks you will receive a complete guide to launching your Hypha DAO.

Thursday 4th of April 1-4pm – Topics: Genesis, Purpose & Vision

Friday 12th April 1-4pm – Topics: Structure, Membership, Governance, Strategy

Thursday 18th April 3-6pm – Topics: Resources, Compensation, Value Flow

Thursday 25th April 1-4pm – Topic: Info Flow, Communication, Innovation, Maturation

Daniela has been a member in Hypha since 2019 and is a founding member of SEEDS. She was cocreating the onboarding and activation journey for DAOs in the Hypha DAO Ecosystem and supported several communities, partners and organisations over the last years to activate their DAO and engage their members to use the DAO.
