About the Workshop

Turn your ideas into release-ready music — even if you’ve never produced a song before.

In this interactive, step-by-step workshop, Marly Benedicto will guide you through transforming a simple melody, lyric, or vocal recording into a fully produced track using AI tools + GarageBand (or your preferred editing program).

You’ll learn how to:
• generate instrumental layers and sonic textures
• produce beats, pads, harmonies & soundscapes
• record and edit vocals
• arrange your song from start to finish
• export and share a release-ready track
• collaborate in real-time with others

This workshop is designed for absolute beginners, seasoned musicians, and curious creators alike. Your creativity is the fuel — the tools simply help bring it to life.

Collaborative Album Opportunity

Participants will have the opportunity to submit their track or vocal feature for inclusion on a shared community album created this week.

You can contribute:

• original vocals

• lyrics

• harmonies

• beats or production

• ambient textures

• co-created tracks

Your unique sound may become part of a collective musical offering born from this gathering.

What You’ll Need (Important)

You must bring:
• Laptop
• Phone
• GarageBand (or any free DAW like BandLab, Audacity, LMMS)
• Charging cables
• Headphones (recommended)
