DAO COORDINATION – Beautiful Exchange DAO
1. Self-Organization Model
Our coordination system combines:-
Fractal Circles: 8 core circles with defined domains (Stewardship, Welcome, Marketplace, etc.)
-
Emergent Pods: Time-bound task forces forming around specific initiatives
-
Hybrid Coordination: Role-based accountability within circles + task-based coordination across circles
We use a three-layer structure:
-
Anchor Roles (fixed, elected positions like Vision Keeper)
-
Flow Roles (rotating 3-month positions like Cross-Circle Liaisons)
-
Task Sparks (self-assigned micro-roles for specific initiatives)
2. Role Accountability System
3. Contributor Pathway

How the Modules Will Be Made Available:
- Learning Center Platform: The modules will be hosted in the DAO’s Learning Center as interactive courses, video lessons, and resource guides. Contributors can access these modules at their own pace.
- Live Workshops & Onboarding Calls: Regular live onboarding calls and workshops will be scheduled for new members to discuss module content, ask questions, and connect with experienced contributors
How Completion Will Be Tracked:
- On-Chain Badges or Reputation Tokens: Upon completing each module, contributors will receive a non-transferable on-chain badge or reputation token, serving as verifiable proof of learning and progress
- Peer Mentorship: Newcomers will be paired with mentors who have completed the modules, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey.
- Knowledge Base & Documentation: All module materials, FAQs, and supplementary resources will be documented and made accessible in a centralized onboarding hub (e.g., Notion, Discord, or Holochain DHT).
- Learning Progress Dashboard: A dashboard within the Learning Center will display each member’s module completion status, accessible to both the contributor and onboarding facilitators.
- Automated Quizzes & Reflections: Each module ends with a short quiz or reflective prompt. Successful completion automatically updates the contributor’s progress and unlocks the next module.
- Mentor Verification: For modules with live or discussion-based components, mentors or facilitators can confirm completion and provide feedback directly in the system.
- Onboarding Coordinator Oversight: Circle coordinators or onboarding facilitators will review progress weekly and provide reminders or support to contributors who fall behind.
