    1. Self-Organization Model
    Our coordination system combines:

    • Fractal Circles: 8 core circles with defined domains (Stewardship, Welcome, Marketplace, etc.)

    • Emergent Pods: Time-bound task forces forming around specific initiatives

    • Hybrid Coordination: Role-based accountability within circles + task-based coordination across circles

    We use a three-layer structure:

    1. Anchor Roles (fixed, elected positions like Vision Keeper)

    2. Flow Roles (rotating 3-month positions like Cross-Circle Liaisons)

    3. Task Sparks (self-assigned micro-roles for specific initiatives)

    2. Role Accountability System

    3. Contributor Pathway

    A[Discover DAO] –> B(Complete Welcome Quest)
    B –> C{Choose Path}
    C –> D[Observer Mode]
    C –> E[Contributor Track]
    D –> F(3-week learning journey)
    E –> G(Mentorship Pairing)
    G –> H(Trial Project)
    H –> I{Performance Review}
    I –> J[Core Contributor]
    I –> K[Skill Development Plan]

    Onboarding Requirements:

    • Complete 7 regenerative principle modules**

    • Participate in 3 Village Square connections

    • Earn “Aligned Contributor” SEEDS reputation token

    Progression Thresholds (examples):

    • 100 SEEDS tokens to propose initiatives

    • 500 SEEDS tokens to lead pods

    • 1000 SEEDS tokens for circle elections

    4. Coordination Rhythms

    Weekly

    • Circle pulse checks (15-min async video updates)

    • Marketplace value flow alignment sessions

    Monthly

    • Cross-circle retrospectives using Holochain DHT

    • Regenerative impact sprints (3-day focused initiatives)

    Quarterly

    • DAO-wide alignment summit (3-day virtual gathering)

    • Circle maturity assessments + role rotations

    Annual

    • Fractal expansion review (sub-DAO creation evaluation)

    • Protocol integration hackathon

Regenerative Principle Modules for Beautiful Exchange DAO

    1. Holistic Systems Thinking

      • Understand ecosystems, communities, and economies as interconnected wholes.

      • Recognize that actions have ripple effects across social, environmental, and economic domains.

      • Apply a holistic lens to decision-making and project design.

    2. Decentralization & Distributed Governance

      • Embrace the distribution of power and decision-making.

      • Learn how DAOs use blockchain, tokens, and smart contracts to foster transparency, accountability, and collective agency.

      • Explore models for participatory governance and consent-based decision processes.

    3. Regenerative Value Creation

      • Move beyond sustainability to actively restore and revitalize ecological and social systems.

      • Understand regenerative economics: creating positive-sum, circular flows that benefit people and planet.

      • Identify and measure regenerative impact in projects and transactions.

    4. Emergence & Adaptability

      • Cultivate openness to emergence: allowing new patterns, solutions, and organizations to arise organically.

      • Practice adaptive leadership and iterative learning cycles.

      • Build resilience by embracing change and uncertainty.

    5. Community Stewardship & Collective Action

      • Foster a culture of care, reciprocity, and shared responsibility.

      • Engage in collective action for the commons—pooling resources, knowledge, and energy for shared benefit.

      • Practice transparent communication and inclusive participation.

    6. Transparency & Accountability

      • Leverage blockchain and open-source tools for verifiable, auditable operations.

      • Ensure all transactions, decisions, and resource flows are visible and traceable to the community.

      • Build trust through radical transparency and regular reporting.

    7. Ecological and Social Equity

      • Prioritize projects and protocols that address systemic inequities and regenerate marginalized communities.

      • Embed fairness, diversity, and inclusion in governance and resource allocation.

      • Commit to restorative practices that heal both people and planet.

How the Modules Will Be Made Available:

    • Learning Center Platform: The modules will be hosted in the DAO’s Learning Center as interactive courses, video lessons, and resource guides. Contributors can access these modules at their own pace.
    • Live Workshops & Onboarding Calls: Regular live onboarding calls and workshops will be scheduled for new members to discuss module content, ask questions, and connect with experienced contributors

    How Completion Will Be Tracked:

    • On-Chain Badges or Reputation Tokens: Upon completing each module, contributors will receive a non-transferable on-chain badge or reputation token, serving as verifiable proof of learning and progress
    • Peer Mentorship: Newcomers will be paired with mentors who have completed the modules, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey.
    • Knowledge Base & Documentation: All module materials, FAQs, and supplementary resources will be documented and made accessible in a centralized onboarding hub (e.g., Notion, Discord, or Holochain DHT).
    • Learning Progress Dashboard: A dashboard within the Learning Center will display each member’s module completion status, accessible to both the contributor and onboarding facilitators.
    • Automated Quizzes & Reflections: Each module ends with a short quiz or reflective prompt. Successful completion automatically updates the contributor’s progress and unlocks the next module.
    • Mentor Verification: For modules with live or discussion-based components, mentors or facilitators can confirm completion and provide feedback directly in the system.
    • Onboarding Coordinator Oversight: Circle coordinators or onboarding facilitators will review progress weekly and provide reminders or support to contributors who fall behind.
