Well, it is available for bookings. My manager just got pregnant and left, there is new one that is just living in a free house during the dry season. I have four apartments to rent. I am studying for the BAR in Texas, so it would be great for this asset to be used and producing. Also, even though it is a sustainable build, it still needs some improvements like solar, cooking gas, biogasifier, etc. I would like to make it a sustainable example for community of san marcos, new earth node, and crypto hub.
