Ian-Michael Hébert is a co-founder and CEO of Holos, an organization creating holistic wellness centers that integrate personal transformation, ecological stewardship, and leadership development. He was previously the Director of Projects at the renowned Esalen Institute in Big Sur, where he played a key role in expanding the campus and mission. With a background in eco-resort design and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Ian-Michael has facilitated numerous transformational retreats worldwide, focusing on community, sustainability, and psychedelic therapies.
