The Art of Giving: Film Screening + Workshop
Screening of the 12 mn award winning film “The Art of Giving” followed by a workshop in which we will brainstorm solutions to provide emergency relief to the children of the trash pickers community of Suwung, Bali’s biggest landfill.
Suwung’s children are among Bali’s most precarious communities. They live in extreme poverty, literally in the middle of trash.
Watch the movie to learn about their story, and join us for a workshop to discover the initiatives that the Plastic Angels Collective has taken to assist them using Art & Storytelling and discuss how together, we can change their lives as well as raise awareness about the alarming levels of plastic pollution on the island to a global audience.
