  • Over the past 3 years, the land has been left to regenerate naturally.
  • Now transitioning into permaculture and syntropic agroforestry.

 The Connection with Local Mayan Communities

  • Lake Atitlán is a sacred site for the Maya civilization.
  • Local elders and spiritual leaders have been invited to bless and guide the project.
  • Indigenous knowledge & practices will play a key role in land stewardship.
