Β The Yuga Cycles describe the great epochs of human civilization. The traditional understanding places the cycle at 26,000 years, divided into four ages:

  • Satya Yuga (Golden Age) – A time of enlightenment, wisdom, and harmony.
  • Treta Yuga (Silver Age) – The beginning of a decline, but still a high-vibration era.
  • Dwapara Yuga (Bronze Age) – A time of accelerating technology and knowledge, but also chaos.
  • Kali Yuga (Dark Age) – The period of ignorance, materialism, and suffering, which we are currently transitioning out of.

Exercise: Assessing Our Place in the Cycle

  1. Based on the events around us, do you feel like we are leaving the darkness or entering a new era?
  2. How do ancient myths and modern scientific findings align with this cyclical perspective?
